Commercial Project Experience
Our team have worked on hospitality projects together, including pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs. We pride ourselves on building great client relationships, which has resulted in working with many clients multiple times on a number of their projects.
The Ball Room, Edinburgh
INTERIOR & EXTERIOR REFURB
Greyside carried out a full exterior and interior refurbishment of the whole club including new frontage, construction work, new lounge and dining area, bar servery, games areas, snooker room and private function room. We were the main contractor. All trades supplied from flooring to electrical work, plumbing and joinery.
Scots Bearings, Glasgow
FULL INTERIOR FIT OUT
This engineering company with branches throughout Scotland were looking for a new warehouse and office. They had sourced an empty unit and wanted a mezzanine level for storage with glass partition offices and meeting rooms below. This project involved all trades to refurb the building and we managed this as a design and build job.
Chinese Manor House, Edinburgh
RESTAURANT REFURB
Refurbishshment of the Chinese Manor House restaurant in Corstorphine. Working with KB+AD Architects, the aim for the function room was to create drama, with the feature chandelier. The client operated takeaway services throughout the period of closure and had a grand reopening!
Scots Bearings, Dundee
OFFICE AND STORAGE FACILITY REFURB
On site August to December 2024 for this repeat client. The premises - an empty unit that was fully refurbed. Project comprised of steel mezzanine to form storage facilities, with office and meeting rooms below. A local architect worked on building warrant and planning permission. We managed design and build, maintaining a consistent corporate image.
